Spellmight Gloves with Magic Missile?

Hey I’m wondering if the spellmight gloves give their bonus to Magic Missile? Online it says it requires a spell with an attack roll, magic missile has a 100% chance to hit tho

Magic missile doesn't require a roll to hit, or allow for a saving throw, so none of the things that scale off of that should work.

If it works as intended it should only work on spell that roll an attack roll. Magic missile does not have an attack roll.

Magic Missile ALWAYS hits for 1d4+1 [FORCE damage] per dart/missile, there is no roll involved. If your target is resistant to FORCE, it will only do half that and targets that are immune to FORCE will do no damage. There are other conditions where Magic Missile will do no damage. The Spellmight gloves do not make any sense for a Sorcerer to use, because even if the spell does require a roll, you would almost never trade off a -5 chance on a d20 roll just to gain an additional d8 damage. At least, so far I have not found a situation.
