Is The Blighted Town Well Wroth it?
I'm curious if the blighted town well is worth venturing into, I've avoided it due to my arachnophobia and only looted the small room near the entrance.

If you avoid the well (I think) you should be safe but there's also some in a cage in the goblin area once you get inside

You can clear blighted town, but skip the cave with the spiders just fine. There is one major piece of loot to pick up, but it's by no means super critical.
You should be fine, if your arachnophobia is making it very difficult to stand.

Depends on what you want to do. Down in there are several phase spiders and the spider queen (and some ettercaps, but they aren't even dangerous unless you melee them).

Loot available down there are the Spiderstep Boots (freedom from webs), a Posion-type Robe, and the Gem/Key to open the Necromancer Book you find elsewhere in the village. It's also a method of getting down to the Underdark (there are other ways too). You can also get into the area by breaking down some walls in the blacksmith's workroom.

It's the well and behind a wall in the blacksmith workplace as both lead to the same area.

One other place in Act I has a pair, but interacting with them in any way isn't required at all. They're behind a gated pen below some walkways and non-hostile unless the player makes them hostile. The Ruined Temple to Selune

Act 2 has two possible instances. The first more likely, the second very miss-able.
In Act 2, you are very likely to encounter a large, intelligent, and a bit pitiable spider-like creature called a Drider. It triggers some people's arachnophobia but not everyone's.

Elsewhere in Act 2, there's a spider corpse that I could barely tell was a spider. (Gale has some funny dialog if the controlled character does something to it twice.) That spot is easily miss-able and not required.

It's totally worth it if you want the benefits of Necromancy of Fae. You can summon ghouls with it once you get far enough in the game.
