I think the question is more about why are those three not permanent when they should be as listed until Hotfix 6.

They do sound like they would normally be permanent, but my guess is game balance.

It's not all of them. If you check the section on "Permanent buffs" in the wiki, or any website that outlines them, there's about a dozen permanent effects, and only these 3 get lost if one of the characters dies.
Think about "Survival Instinct" or the "Awakened" status, Ethel's Boon, Necromancy of Thay.
