Missing a subclass in each class

First yes I am aware not all classes get there subclass right away, the issue I am having is not that, my issue is for example I get my ranger to level 3 and there are only two subclasses, gloomstalker is missing.
The same goes for the other classes except cleric where there are missing subclasses

That is... very strange. You are on the full release build, right?
Do you have any mods installed? Validated your game files already?

Definitely a mod conflict of some kind
