Where is Karlach?

Where is Karlach? I found her in act 1, did not want to help her, did not want to help the flaming fists either...because I did not know with whom to side with...now she is no longer next to the river...where is she? I am in act 3 now.

She will not join you due to burnout

Wyll is in my camp and so is Lae`zel. I don't play them though as I want to stick with my first companions Gale, Shadowheart and Astarion.

Or worse. She WAS a target of an Archdevil. Not a good situation.

She ded. Only you could save her life by adding her to your party. You didn't.
