doing Waukeen's rest before Goblin Camp
after confronting Olodan and stopped the Ritual I decided to help Wyll and find Karlach. After defeating the Paladin of Tyr I continued east and helped the defeat the Gnolls at the cave. Now, I am level 4. Can I go start the "Rescue the Grand Duke" quest before completing "Defeat the Goblins".

By the way if you meet the Githyanki at the bridge without Lae'zel in your party you only need a persuasion check to go through. No fight.

You can do waukeens rest before doing anything else without breaking anything.

It's always better to interrupt leazel if you don't want a fight lol

Considering there's no fight in Waukeen's, it's actually a pretty good idea to go there before the Tea House or the Goblin Camp, as you can get some nice loot to power you up (especially if you're doing a lightning charges build as you get one of the three charging weapons from just helping Florrik get out the building).

If you have a high enough approval with Lae'zel you don't need to interrupt her. You can indicate to "play along" and if you roll well you will not need to fight.

Slaying all of those Gnolls gives good XP. No need to rush the Goblin Camp.
