Ketheric thorm armor gauntlet & boots?

where are they? am i missing something? why ketheric only drops its breastplate?

That's pretty much in line with other drops, you usually only get a good item or two, not everything they have.

Dude was beat to hell on top of the tower, then again later, then subsumed by the avatar of a god, then dumped back out, and then had his head stamped in by an angry demigod.

It's not surprising that some of his gear was too damaged to be recovered.

he doesn't drop boots or gauntlets. He drops chest plate, war hammer and a shield

I’ve looted his entire armour set on my first play through though second play through I only got the chest peice hammer and shield.
Is it random ?

no, it is a fixed loot
