How do I improve Wisdom saving throw?
I am afraid I cannot afford more than 10 Wisdom at most on my main, but I am terrified of disabling spells/effects.

There's a ring out there somewhere that gives advantage to wisdom saving throws. It won't give you proficiency, though, but you could take the resilience feat.
Edit: I can't remember which item it was. Maybe it was an amulet.

There's a helmet on a skeleton at the top of the stone ladder that leads down into the sahuagin village that gives you proficiency in wisdom saving throws.

I have completed Honor and Tactician mode with tactician several times and not having high wisdom was never and issue. Enemies dies before they can act and there are spells like freedom of movement that last a full day that makes you immune to being paralyzed and removes stuns on allies in the rare case it happens .

There are at least 2 items that gives advantage on wisdom saving throws but again- I never pay attention to them as I never need them lol
Increase your Wisdom, or play a gnome.

So you can reliably 1-turn finish combat even in Honor? I've only played Tactician up toward end of chapter 2, but Honour mode came out, so I want to try it immediately. But my understanding was that enemies have more HPs/AC and some have special actions in Honour mode - in addition to getting rid of all the exploits and bugs that used to boost your damage?

Yes, I know those options, but neither are attractive to me - the latter option literally! ;)

If you wanted true honor mode you would be playing with 5e raw mod and 5e spells mod. the game itself will not ever offer a challenge if you don't put restrictions on yourself. Homebrew rules in BG3 make every difficulty a joke because they have mis-assigned damage riders (that are abilities that trigger damage where then OTHER damage sources to apply to them on top) this is why fights can be won in 1 turn, if you truly wanted to stack the buffs that is.

Personally I think with raw rules and 5e conform spells this game is actually pretty ... normal. Not harder than normal DnD ;P

The main things that were changed for honour mode was the removal of basically all DRS, as well as a nerf to haste and massive nerf to perilous stakes.
Even without those things, you can turbo bully every encounter in this game.
On my main tactician run I didn't use any DRS, and no illithid abilities whatsoever, and it was still a piece of cake.
The haste nerf just means 2 less swings per turn, which just means more rounds where the enemy is alive but CC-d.

ring of protection will also increase your saving throws. Not sure if there is a cloak in the game.

Either use spells/abilities/gear to help you or cheat with mods.

Yep, Raphael and his Cambians died in 1 turn before they made a move lol.

House of grief 2 turns just beucase I couldn’t reach to the far side behind Viconia to finish the remaining 2-3 cultists in turn 1

Larokian 1 turn before he made a move

Cazador 2 turns because couldn’t kill all the warewolves in 1 turn, I was also only lvl 11

Serovok 1 turn

So yea pretty much everyone dies before they can take a turn just like tactician and I never saw most of their legendary actions lol

I thought Raphael has a legendary action that makes a character unable to target him - and he activates this 4 times a turn? Did you just get lucky rolls on Counterspell or spell DC checks?

I have no idea what it does lol, here is the video of the fight , my laptop was lagging big time with the recorder running so not the smoothest video but see for yourself

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8oYboyP84PE&feature=youtu.be

Even in Honor mode, it’s like a bunch of security guards trying to fight The Avengers lmao
