Rolan's Location bugged??

Hi! So I am currently doing side quests before i do the Nightsong quest so i can fight Ketheric Thorm, but after interacting with an artifact that showed Rolans hologram, somehow my map is showing me a field that says, 'Rolan's Location', but whenever I go there, I can't seem to find anyone (I have already save the tieflings from Moonrise Towers). Still no one, can anyone give some advice on how to complete this quest, thank you so much!!

by sent do you mean like a cutscene or teleported there automatically? if so, then no, i was searching the quest perimeter again and again manually, but there is still no Rolan :<

could it be cuz i saved the tieflings first before i get to talk to him? i didnt know i was supposed to talk to him at first

After the inn's event, speak to drunk roland, find him in the shadowland, rescue his siblings or you can speak to drunk roland, rescue his siblings then find him in the shadowland. Once you get near he will be attacked by 2 shadows regardless of whether you enter combat, so if you didn't noticed he's most likely dead.

That. It's possible he's already been consumed by the sshadows. Might even be possible to see him shadow cursed if you go there and put away lantern to lure in the shadows

hmm the problem is, i saved the tieflings as soon as i saw them in the towers before i got the chance to see roland, is that why i cant see him anymore? if so, how can i atleast remove the quest?

i will try to look for him as a shadow curse then hopefully that wont be the case :< thank you so much!

I suppose that's why, if you have an ulterior save you can try to do what i said above to see if that's true.

Those quests will most likely be removed after entering chapter 3, but who knows, some of them followed me for a long time.
