a little question about honor mode

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if someone can help me with this little question about the honor mode?
Is it correct that the only difference between the honor mode and the custom mode (after failed the honor mode) is the chance to get the golden dice?
I mean if I continue the game right after failing the honor mode, would everything, except the chance of having the golden dice, be the same such as rule set, enemy number, strength, smartness..... etc?

I wonder about this too since I want to make a perfect run with honor mode fight difficulty (do everything correctly to what I consider making the best of the story), which I already failed to do in my Honor Mode run due to some bad roll. Since there is no Honor mode stuff to choose in normal custom mode (enemy aggression, tool, etc). Im trying to find a way to get a run with that difficulty just for combat but allow save scumming.

No its not the only difference.
Currently, custom mode does not have all the Options of the Honour Mode available.
Even if you fail honour and get thrown to Custom, the options will be locked away, youll beasically be in tactitian.

Only way to get around 1 save restriction is to cheat the system (or use a mod), if you want to play with the Honour difficulty

Honour mode has custom and unique boss fights and enemy AI and you can ONLY get the golden dice by completing it without ever getting a party wipe.

custom mode cannot replicate these things.
