The diggers don't put up that much of a fuss over them.
The water ones might actually be better for my ranged character, now that I am thinking about it. At least then I can toss some water on the ground and splash around in the puddle for charges, without giving up actions. Guess I need to go find who I sold those to. Fml
gloomstalker/rogue, to be more specific, for my case.
Not worth it.
was wondering what purpose that would serve a rogue to begin with
Healer builds end up wanting Boots of Aid & Comfort which are pretty easy to get.
Lightning DPS wants Watersperklers paired with Sparkwall to constantly generate lightning charges much more passively while getting immunity to Electrocuted.
Boots of Speed are just great in general and cost a single antidote.
Stormy Clamour Boots are just stupid on multiple builds since condition stacking is the name of the game for higher difficulties.
So it's nice to have for the 5 minutes it's relevant, then they make a great Gale snack or a quick 100gp.
