Epilogue, romance Minthara or Shadowheart (Spoiler)

Patch 5 loaded. In my game :

Shadowheart ascended as Mother of Shar's Church.
I was romancing Shadowheart (approval 100%, many dialogues confirming the romance).
Minthara refused to talk to me any longer as i "romanced someone else".

Here comes the endgame and the Epilogue (thanks Larian for this great add-on).

And .... Minthara becomes my wife, instead of Shadowheart.

I was quite surprised, as i was trying during the whole game to romance both of them. But apparently Shadowheart won the contest, until the end.

Maybe an ascending Shadowheart, mother of Shar's church, can not be involved in a romance in endgame ? Any confirmation of this ?

How did you get the epilogue to load? It said to load a save before the final battle. I have loaded so many saves and I'm not getting the epilogue.

The epilogue plays only if you end the good way, by destroying the Absolute.
If you become yourself the Absolute, or if you let the Emperor become the Absolute, you do not get the epilogue.

<spoiler> I didn't do either. I freed Orpheus, had an ascended vampire bf, but we defeated the Netherbrain. </spoiler>
