Hand Crossbow Ne'er Misser
This weapon seems to deal an INSANE amount of damage, even in offhand. It has a flat +12 force damage on it for some reason. Is this intended or just bugged?

Huh? I do not recall that. It has the spell you can use for magic missle, but it is not active by default.

Share combat log screenshots.

Don't you use Sharpshooter feat ? With it all hand crossbows do like 20 damage..
