Honor mode keeps crashing

So, I've read somewhere yesterday about people crashing while trying to load a new game with the Honor Mode but I didn't pay attention since I didn't try myself. I was already busy trying to fix a bug regarding the Epilogue. But now that I have uninstalled every single mod and the new Steam Achievement, I wanted to load a new save, but it keeps crashing when the loading gets to 33%. Giving the fact that I already spent a couple hours trying to fix another bug, I'm getting bummed a bit. Did I forget something when I uninstalled the mods?

Also, if you hit ctrl + P, click script extender and enable dev mode, then go to updates and select the top v9, save settings, reload bg3mm, save settings again to be safe, export to game, launch via bg3mm, after it starts exit and go back to the mod manager and refresh and hover over the little game piece icon next to some mods to check what version you have. v10 and v11 have caused a lot of issues. Just do that for now until the rest of the mod community catches up. Hope that helps!

=> This worked for me to get to Character Creation (which I couldn't even do prior). Although, when exiting and hovering over the Larian icon, it showed v11 installed - this has helped so far - thank!!

So i found out my game will only load if i turn off Dynamic Crowds. I turned anti aliasing off just in case as well

I know this sounds like a dumb fix but I've been having he same issue, try just sitting at the main menu for a bit. the game seems to not fully rendering itself when you first boot it up, I've noticed this by the audio not playing as soon as i reach the main menu. My honor mode crashed after trying multiple time but after waiting at the main menu for a few minutes i load in just fine. hopes this help

Good that that fixed it, but it might suggest there's a CPU issue. Might be capability, could just be wear and tear, dust buildup or overheating.

Having the exact same issue. Tried reinstalling my nvidia driver (updating them worked last time) - seems that the problem returned after a near tpk and I deleted the save to start fresh. Some issue with save states, perhaps?

This is what just worked for me:

Open Steam
Right click BG3
Browse files
Bin
DELETED Crash logs/ Crash reports
Close Steam
Relaunch BG3 through Steam

I can't believe it.... this worked for me! I noticed the same thing with the audio not loading. Sat there and waited a bit until I heard the music, then tried loading my save and it worked just fine. Thanks!
