Fix for missing portrait issue

Since the patch, theres a new bug with mods where the portrait disappears completely and is replaced by text. If anyone experiences this I found a simple fix by installing the "dynamic side bar" mod. Saved me a massive headache.

I mean once you start modding your games it's hard to stop..so I won't deny some similarities to drugs in that regard....:P

Fix the broken parts which have been broken by mods with more mods. At least you arew creative.
