Gloves of Battlemage's Power use?

I don't think I've ever come across a weapon whose attack roll - not the damage roll - inflicted a condition. Did I just miss it/them, or am I simply not remembering correctly?

Unfortunately, I think these are bugged. Seen numerous threads on these where people have tested and inflicted conditions like bane or elemental conditions or knocked prone and nothing seems to actually trigger the spell DC

It could be how they've been implemented in the wording as you say, but no idea what condition attack rolls would inflict a condition
