otherwise i found a way on the DOS2 forum, playing on honor mode and doing backup from save files
No it's not. Developers can add new achievements any time.
Larian: "Okay, here's Honour Mode."
"Pro" Gamers: "GAME 2 HARD MAKE EZIER!"
A workaround could be starting Honour Mode, dying, continuing with same ruleset but now as custom.
Get in the game.
Start honour mode.
Get into a fight.
In the middle of the fight close the game
Load your last save again.
I hope the step by step on the most basic cheese of half implemented ironman modes helps ya. Cheers

Though it's probably pretty annoying to do that by hand, tabbing out of the game, but you could probably set up some automation to do that for you, if you really wanted...
