Took on ole Raphael underleveled around level 10 when I got into the city, this last run.

I still don't really understand how they managed to swipe the crown, but considering Mephamphetamine or whatever is significantly more powerful than Raphael and they presumably avoided a fight with him altogether, I don't think the hammer would be a problem.
