No ASI increases mean your stats are abysmal.
There are no finesse greatswords/2d6 weapons that I am aware of.
Action surge grants you a whole action to use, which a single action can contain multiple attacks. This build would have two attacks per action, whereas you only list one action surge attack. If you went fighter 11, action surge would give you 3 attacks.
Fighters get a 3rd attack at level 11. Your character would be immensely stronger just going 12 battlemaster fighter to get a total of 4 ASI/Feat choices and using strength. Battlemaster fighter is incredibly strong. Strength is very good in BG3 due to the verticality of the game, combine with the jump action.
