Can i get Warped Headband of Intellect if...

I did not kill Lump, and instead i received a way to summon lump due to dialogue and DC checks, Can I still summon Lump and kill him and gain the Warped Headband of Intellect?

I don't know, however, you can make a save and kill him, then reload if you don't get what you want but still want to resume your game before the save.

Yup. You can do as you say and you will get the headband - or you should.

He came to my camp during Long Rest in Act 2 demanding money. So now Headband is mine :)
