Fun Paladin build?

Im playing as a 4 lv. Vengeance Paladin and looking for some flavour maybe a little bit dark side? Idk any recommendation?

Break your oath and the Oathbreaker will appear at your camp. You can become an Oathbreaker Paladin.

You'll gain access to unholy powers and if you don't like it you can always go back to being a regular paladin.

Don't know what is interesting to you... One of my favourites is going 2 levels of Paladin to start and then 10 levels of College of Swords bard. Take defense fighting style as Paladin, Dueling as Bard and go sword and shield and be the "tank". At Bard level 10 take Spirit guardians.

Depends on your oath. With vengeance you can do things like show mercy to evil villains, unlock sazzas cage, and show auntie ethel mercy are just some examples I think. As for subclass, I think oathbreaker is the subclass but if you mean multiclass, you could always choose fighter lvl 2 so you can get action surge and have another set of attacks.

Judging by your responses here, OP, you don't even know what your paladin does in the first place. Just play the game some and see what happens.

Some really bad concentration spells. Melee range healing, nothing special and fun other than smites. I really hate from concentration consept. If someone manages to touch you that means you wasted your last turn, its useless.

Bless is on Paladin spell list, it's a great spell. It helps with keeping concentration, too. But I agree, maybe just play some more and come back whe you have a little better idea of how the game plays.
