Can you heal the owlbear?

To be clear I am talking about the mother owlbear with a spear in her eye, is there a way to heal her? I've tried talking to her with Shadowheart who has medicine and a hireling Druid with talk to animals but no option to offer to heal her. Is there a way to do this or am I just wanting to help a critter I can't?

Try just casting healing spells / lesser resto. Maybe that does something? I remember one of the spells actually doing something.

Thanks basic healing worked on fixing her injury, she still doesn't like me but at least she's at full health when the goblins come for her.

way back, you could help her as a ranger or druid I think, but its gone now.

I have that option rn as a druid and i have speak with animals on. On a persuasion success it doesn't let me heal it and just acts as if i tried ask it to let us leave

There really should be a way but unfortunately not, she just gets to die
