To be fair I paid more for Hogwarts Legacy. Best 80 bucks I ever spent out of spite.
If you're going to buy a grey market copy of the game, you may as well just pirate it for free. Cut out the scumbag middle man who is absorbing all of the money the devs rightfully deserve, and no risk of Steam revoking your key.
Also 60€ isn't that much for a game...a pack of butter is almost 3 times as expensive as it was 20 years ago. Games barely changed in price at all in the lest 20-30 years....games are dirty cheap nowadays compared to the price development of many, many, many other products.

That said I dunno, I haven't looked into it, I don't care for that enough...
The devs get less money, less good devs get attracted to the job and the quality sinks. If nobody pays no games get made. easy as that.
Apart from the rampant malware threat accompanying pirated products etc.
You do whatever you want, however you might wanna look into the steam forums tos.
Promoting piracy is a bannable offense.
