Mod or editor to edit skills?

Hi. I know there is a mod where you can drink potions back and forth to edit your skills but I would like to know if there is a more hands on approach as another mod (which I have not found) or some kind of savegame editor?

Faerun Utility - FU
is another big cheat mod with tons and tons of cheat spells and some really rings etc

I'm not aware of a save editor.
I know that there were some cheattables for cheat engine that allowed editing of stats, but I have no clue if there are any up to date ones. You'll have to be fearless and search for them... ;)
