Is thumbo dead or having taken over MCs house? If not, you should try a long rest. Usually wouldve had to smack MC a final time after blowing the jars.

No, destroing organs doesn't kill him. He should be in his mansion.

You only "need" to destroy his heart to kill him for good, the other jars just make it easier. But you still need to fight him after the jars are destroyed. If he's absent, then I have no idea where he's gone.
