(ACT 2)(Spoilers) Killing Marcus too early?

After having arrived at the Inn, I went exploring before entering the fight with Marcus and the one-winged monsters before killing them. Went through the whole dialogue with Jaheira before exploring the rest of shadow lands. Fast forward and I found out about Isobel's past and warned Jaheira of Marcus whom we had already killed. Now they're "preparing" for Marcus to attack and I can't have dialogue with her anymore. She just keeps saying "We have a lot to talk about Marcus' situation. Let's talk at a better place." or something like that but continues standing there. Any help? (I killed Marcus before doing all the quests in shadow cursed lands so I really do not want to load back that save file again.)

Jaheira should be fine after the main quest progresses to the end state for Act 2 (most side quests must be finished before that). I don't think there's anything critically important to discuss with her. Nor is she necessary to progress the main quest.
