I often forget something during CC, so once. I've also used it when my character's hair colour suddenly changed. Other than that, I've wanted to change hairstlye on starting a new act, but end up just wasting time and leaving my character as is anyway.

When I roleplay as the Wicked Queen, I will use the magic mirror just to say "Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?"

Basically every night. Laying aside my personal tendency to adjust hairstyles for things (and really what is with that good awful companion management in camp) I just can't get a hair colour I'm happy with so I keep going "Darker . . . no not happy, lighter . . . no not happy, maybe more tint . . . no not happy.." I know what I want but I just can't get it in game.
