Never underestimate the value of ray-tracing.
The puddle reflections are next level.
That has nothing to do with it. Ray Tracing is a "feature" it is not something you have to choose or not... it is merely an extra option. Personally I don´t see the need for it in this game.
That is utterly speculative. The 2070 was also supposed to be better than the 1080TI (nvidia´s benchmarks showcased that, the problem was that it was in their enviroment and with RT on)
