So let me get this straight. What you're basically saying, is that the game may or may not have sex and nudity, and that if it does it will depend on whether the developers put it in the game, and then if they do (or not), then this will determine (in part) it's rating? That's the gist of it, right?

Uh... yeah.
Game devs have a target ESRB rating. As long as they don't go beyond ESRB guidelines, they will likely receive that rating without adjusting their content. ESRB publishes metrics allowing devs/publishers to be accurate with their content vs. rating. The evaluation by the ESRB comes late stage, though, after the developers have content.

This isn't a gotcha moment you found. It's the logical progression of game development that has existed for nearly 30 years.

+1 agree for casual full frontal nudity (as option) only

It should have casual nudity/naked option ( if player character not wearing anything) instead of permanent censored behind glued undergarments ( like how Conan exiles and other similar games like that have)

Reason/impact?: Survival roleplay experience,immersion and realism and roleplay.

Its same thing as like theres may going to be gore content..

Yea I mean it’s 2020 and cyberpunk is doing full genital customisation so a little nudity in story driven games like this that have romance isn’t unrealistic.

I don't mind nudity etc but why Baldur's Gate game should have it in the first place? None of Baldur's Gate games had it before or am i wrong? I'd like to see strong storyline and descent gameplay instead of nudity, wrong genre.

yerp, if i want to see some nudes i would go over some porn sites or just google "nudity". i dont want to get myself horny while playing a game.
