Cant pick up Staff and Robe after defeating Lorroakan at Sorc Sundries !!!!

Massive bug with this. These two legendary items are currently bugged and they cant be picked up!!! Not happy.

Personally, I never used those items anyway. By that time of the game I already had builds that were focused around other items. But the bug should still be fixed, of course.

Do you have a controller? Try that and see if holding the loot button highlights the items for you. I was able to pick them up like that, and if you prefer playing KB+M, switching to and fro is seamless.

What do you mean by controller and loot button? Im playing on PC and when i press down alt the 2 items dont even highlight. I have tried going back to old saves and nothing works.

Its by far the best staff in the game any my character is a Wizard.

As an example, my most recent wizard was a gith, build with both INT and STR, with gith weapon and armor proficiencies, and she ended up wearing Raph's armor and carrying a sword rather than a staff. Giving her even the best staff in the game just didn't really fit the build or the RP.

Anyway, I hope the bug gets fixed. I'm not saying the staff should be left unlootable.

I think it might be the case with other weapons and items as well. When I was fighting Lady Esther (don't judge me I wasn't going to pay her 1k+ for items this time lol) when she did her mf 50 hit combo on Astarion she made him drop his Sussur Dagger and after the fight I couldn't pick it up again. had to reload my last save do it all over again but I gave Astarion two basic daggers just in case it happened again for that fight.

I ran into the same problem. Though i could have waited for a slow and sure solution aka bugfix/hotfix i decided that a quick and dirty option is the best for myself at least.

This is a cheat mod. After installing and starting my save game i bought the so called cheat ring from Dammon (spelling?) and cheated staff and robe into my game. After doing so I deinstalled the mod. Works like a charm....

Anyway Staff of Spellpower is better. Steal it from House of Hope and laugh at dead Lorroakan's face.

For whatever it's worth, I just whacked L in my latest save, went downstairs, went "below", threw the levers, and ... worked fine. Just walked to the staff, picked it up. Walked to the robe, picked it up.

Not sure what else to say here.

Try Verify Files. You never know, it might fix whatever is not working properly.

And, I assume here that you have never modded the game.
