No, it is on the hot bar. I can't find it in the spell book (K).
I can remove it from the hot bar, and then the only way to re-add it is to use the search function in the spell book.
The spell/cantrip was acquired via the Spell Sniper feat, so I was wondering if this also occurs for the Magic Initiate feats as well, or if anyone else had the same issue.
This is still bugged in that you can't find the cantrip under the class or common listing, but if you use the search bar then you will be able to find it and drag it to your hot bar.
So while Spell Sniper SHOULD be adding that cantrip to your list of cantrips in your spellbook -- in actuality, it doesn't. Because a feat can't do that.
The thing is, though, a Feat CAN add spells or cantrips to the Common tab. Just not your class spellbook. Why Spell Sniper isn't doing THAT, dunno. When you search for it, where DOES it appear?
