also you can skip the launcher with "--skip-launcher" in steam commandline
That will also delete all the local Save game files.
steam will back those up, i mean if you're super worried back the saves up
Not if Cloud Saves are turned off (which they should be for BG3). Backing up manually is a great idea and that is what I do regularly.
I tried that now, and still not working, unfortunatelly...
about losing my saves, it's okay, I don't mind starting over again...
So to recap
you've deleted your larian folder
you've reinstalled
how did you install your mods? with Vortex? Vorex i have heard can be a bit iffy so maybe there is something there, BG3MM handles uninstallations well so if you used that then yeah that is fine.
try between the 2 different engines vulkan and DX
inside BG3 data folder make a folder and name it whatever something like "back up" or something
and move the following pak files.
day0
Patch0_Hotfix1
Patch0_Hotfix2
Patch0_Hotfix3
Patch0_Hotfix4
Patch1
Patch2
Patch2_Hotfix1
Patch2_Hotfix2
Patch3
Patch3_Hotfix1
Patch3_Hotfix2
Patch3_Hotfix3
inside of the back up folder. then try to start the game
the other one is downgrade graphic drivers i have heard that latest drivers can have issues with BG3 and a few other games.
And? Did you verify the files' integrety? If yes then probably you missed a mod. Like usual with people who claim they have removed their mods.
Yeah, I use Vortex, and I will stop using it, because this is the 5th time someone tells it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of modding the game. Using Vortex I first tried disabling all the mods, and then I removed. Now there is no mods on the Vortex list anymore.
"try between the 2 different engines vulkan and DX"
I tried both
"inside BG3 data folder make a folder and name it whatever something like "back up" or something
and move the following pak files.

I'm gonna try it, and I'll come back later to give a feedback. Thank you very much for the help!
Yeah, tried a lot of times verifying the integrity, on steam and Larian launcher. I uninstalled the game, deleted the files that stay after that, I removed all the mods on the Vortex, and tried to delete the Larian folder on appdata local. I don't know where I could go to delete stuff
there are no files with these names on Data folder or any other folder from BG3.
In the bin and data folder, depending on the mods you are using. You know how to remove mods properly, yes? Not just some willy-nilly delete stuff.
Well, I opened the Vortex Manager software, disabled all the mods, and removed them all. And after uninstalling the game I deleted all the "leftovers" folders on appdata and program files/steam
