Is there consequences for killing the githyanki creche?

So later in the game you reach the githyanki outpost/creche and honestly having seen everything they have done so far, the githyanki seem genuinely evil and cruel, is there any consequence if I slaughter the entire creche? Or will it lock me out of quests/events later in game?

Its because you failed the saving throws. You have to succeed all 3.

Karlach is funny and cute the first time you see her dancing to herself, or being star-struck at meeting some famous Baldurian hero.

Karlach is less funny the 1000th time she calls you "soldier" and spouts some dialogue which is what somebody imagined was the combination of teenage girl and gung-ho combat veteran sergeant. "Hup hup! Let's go! Go go go! Zoink!"

Only by asking him for the egg can you get the following dialogue choice:

Him: "What would you do with the egg if I let you take it?"

You: (bunch of boring options) but also "I would make the best omelette you've ever tasted!"

Also, somewhat related, as a gith character you have some fun responses to Lady Esther's request to steal the egg. (Spoiler, she ended up quite dead from an overdose of gith sword poisoning.)

Nope. I also slay every single flaming fist and giant robots, random citizens etc. walking the streets in act 3 and the bad guys in cutscenes dont even mention my handywork! Go absolutely nuts if you like, the reputation system is completely absent from this game because they need to force the story upon you(with dialogues) instead of you making it yourself.

I actually like the way the game handles "reputation" a lot better than the way BG1/2 did it. Instead of one overly simplistic number from 1-20, each important NPC has their own assessment of you. Feels a lot more organic and real.
