Why did you give cellulite to the elf? Elves do not have such human shortcomings. It looks like someone’s complex, and somehow it spoils the lore and impression of the game.
Such realism is absolutely unnecessary in a fantasy game.
There are no old elves, just like bearded ones. Don't follow the example of the failed Rings of Power.

Id like to see hot Jaheira :D . Maybe there is a mod outthere to help fix the orange skin issue.

But its pretty obvious they tried to make the females less hot . Even Shadowheart being the cutest one has a scar on her nose because why not i guess xD

But I agree with the folks: half elves ≠ elves so Jaheira's old looks are lore-friendly and justified.

Halsin though? I think they went off rails with the body physique and age on that one. At least in earlier editions elves were all unambiguously slender, unaging and gracious. Well, this one is explained "new times = new standards" (aka the whole D&I stuff that mandates to bend the lore, but eh, DnD isn't the only thing that went through it, so no hard feelings)
