Can't find Mayrina act 3

I googled this and watched videos and I can't find any answer to this. Mayrina is supposed to be a sheep at Old Garlows Place in act 3 but I can't find her anywhere here. I did not kill her in act 1. I spared the Hag and she took Mayrina and left. I need to find Mayrina because I'm trying to do the quest "Help the Hag survivors".

Can anyone help me understand where Mayrina is or what's going on please? Starting to get very frustrated.

Second floor. Unless you accidentally killed her, which I did on my first playthrough. I killed everyone in that building because they attacked me when I was snooping around. I had no idea they were part of a quest until my second campaign got to act 3.

She's not there. I didn't even attack anyone yet.

Does this mean I can't get the legendary Rapier reward from another quest a guide told me I needed to do this one first for?

If you let the witch go with Mayrina, then Mayrina will not be in the 3rd act. Mayrina will appear in the 3rd act if you killed witch (or let her without Mayrina), revived Mayrina's husband and let them go.

Does this mean I can't get the legendary rapier reward from Save Vanra? None of the guides said anything about this.

The guides for "help the hag survivors" assume Mayrina is there for some reason. That's really annoying they don't take into account the other stuff. I was getting confused and frustrated.

I dunno what you mean by she has nothing to do with the quest... Mayrina, is the catalyst for this entire quest line. If she didnt leave the cave (Dead or left with Ethel) and you didnt send her on her way WITH her revived husband. She WONT be in act 3. MEANING, Ethel wont be in act 3... Why...? because if Ethel HAS Mayrina, she DOES NOT NEED a child from Baldurs Gate... Because she will have Mayrina's...

She ABSOLUTELY has influence on this quest...
