New Duke Ravengard Bug (Act III - Patch 4)?

I didn't see anyone else reporting this bug, so I was wondering if the devs were aware of this. (Note that I am currently playing with the most recent Patch #4 that just dropped.)

After attending Gortash's coronation in Act III, I chat with Duke Ravenguard for a bit (where he's clearly mind-controlled by the Absolute), but don't do anything to attack Gortash. I then speak with Mizora immediately after, and she tells me that the Duke has been "relocated to the slaughter" by Gortash. Later that night, Mizora arrives to "make a deal" with Wyll. Wyll chooses to sacrifice his soul in order to save his dad. I then go into the Iron Throne, but Duke Ravenguard is not in the cell he's supposed to be in. (He's 100% missing, not even dead.)

Curiously, I reload to a save just before entering into the submersible that would take me to the Iron Throne, and I immediately fast travel back to where the coronation was and Duke Ravenguard is still there alive and well! MIZORA LIED TO ME! Duke Ravenguard was NEVER RELOCATED!!! (And I don't think he's a doppleganger, because I already killed Orin.) I'm pretty sure this is a bug, and I am wondering if the devs are already aware of it?

I've read other posts about Duke Ravenguard not appearing in the Iron Throne, but those posts informed them to ensure they attended the Coronation and made a deal with Mizora before entering the Iron Throne (which I did). And I don't know if any of them still had Duke Ravenguard totally alive and well in the coronation hall, despite Mizora acting like he's been taken to the Iron Throne.

I just reloaded back to a previous save immediately after the Coronation. I tried speaking with Mizora just outside of Wyrm's Rock Fortress. Again she tells Wyll that his father got relocated. I ran back into the coronation hall and Duke Ravengard is still standing there. I went to camp and cut a deal with Mizora to save Wyll's father. I took a Long Rest. Went back to the coronation hall and the duke is still there. I tried fast travelling to the Lower City and fast travelling back to Wyrm's Rock Fortress to see if a map reload would do the trick. But alas, the duke is still standing there in the coronation hall.

So it's either a bug, Gortash is on a holiday, or Mizora is just out of her mind (or all three)! Is there another way to save the Duke from Gortash without going through the Iron Throne? I'm not sure how to proceed. :'(

You know something weird happened to me w this quest today. I followed the same steps, Wyll made the deal to be free and we would rescue Ravenguard from the prison as usual. But after a few long rests and defeating Cazador, I went to Sorcerers Sundries and Florrik ran up out of nowhere accusing Wyll of killing Ravenguard and handed us the book on Ansur. I assume it's a failsafe somehow, but now I'm wondering if we'll find Ravenguard dead in the prison because the story is really seeming to be going that way. Bug?

Yes, is bugged. I try to have save Duke both ways, anyway he is not appearing in a cell. Additionally, he stays in the audience hall. If you ignore, the case is even worse (provide to the crashes). I already send a bug report, and suggest the same. Is greater chance that they will move their butts when there is more of them...

That happened to me. I convinced Florrick I'd save him, and she said she believed me. He was there and alive(I broke Wyll's pact).

This is happened to me too today, he still standing in Audience Hall despite everything changes I did, I think this quest is still bugged, well...

I copy and paste solution from my topic on official forum. I don't finish the quest yet, because it too late, but progress is clear, and finally guy disappear from the audience hall...
