Main Menu disappeared after current patch

I play through GeForce now so it may just be a GeForce problem but is anyone else having this issue where they load the game and the whole main Menu disappears? If I hover my cursor over it they're there but the options are invisible. Also, when I did try to continue playing all the characters are invisible.

This is not a Geforce Now issue. I bought the game at release day on GOG, and since been playing the game fine, and just before downloaded the full offline installer parts worth 104 GB and updated the game using
setup_baldurs_gate_3_release_-_v4.1.1.3905231_(64bit)_(68709).exe
and now my Start menu is invisible too, it flashes for a moment and then vanishes.
I even uninstalled GeforceNow after reading this thread and the issue remains. I now need to over on the area where the menu is supposed to be and randomly guess where the continue option is to continue with the game. Never since such a silly problem as vanishing game menu in my life ! Mind blowing how such a releases got QA passed !

That could be it, I thank you for your response. I actually got similar good result in a different way. After I uninstalled GeforceNow , I then uninstalled the game, deleted the pending BG3 folder, which means all the above files are gone, and then reinstalled the entire game using the full offline installer

setup_baldurs_gate_3_release_-_v4.1.1.3905231_(64bit)_(68709).exe

And after this fresh install, I have got my start menu back. So looks like if you update the game, the game menu UI becomes invisible, or may be the above files cause the issue, but a clean reinstall definitely resolves the issue it seems.

That makes sense, I just only play games on GeForce Now connected to my Steam account, so I have to wait on GeForce Now to fix the game. I am actively buy/building my own PC so I can just download and fresh install, just wish GFN would hurry up and fix now while I wait. I know things will get resolved, I'm just impatient/going through game withdrawals lol. Thanks for everyones responses!

I'm not sure, but Geforce Now BG3 came back online yesterday, thank goodness. Seems to be running good. At least for me last night.

did work for me with GOG version, but i dont delete day0.pak, still fine, no issue

Hi All, exact same problem, menu buttos show for a second then dissapear (they are still there if you click). In game the characters are all invisible (except for shadows). Any solutions?
