Drow are elvish, too, so I'd say they are fully elvish. However, I can't see this match ever happen, short of rape. Drow don't really play nice with others. Drizzt being the one and only exception to the rule and all that.

Also a child from a half-elf and a half-drow would be a quarter-elf-quarter-drow? Or maybe a human since two halves is a whole? Does exist a Cleric in the DnD universe that could explain that?

The next D&D edition answers this simply: Almost any appearance but a choice of all gameplay stat and trait bonus from one of the parents and no mixing of stats from both. The "almost any appearance" is that the size trait is also among the one set of inherited traits.

Gnome and Centaur? Can look like a Centaur but Small and no Centaur traits but all the Gnome traits. EDIT: Or look like a Gnome but Medium and no Gnome traits but all Centaur traits.

So for Drow/other Elf, any appearance (even a Medium Centaur if your DM allows it) but traits all from the Drow or all from the Elf and not a mix of both.
