Report a translation problem
If either
A) The grove gets sealed (too many long rests without stopping ritual)
B) you enter an act 2 area/mountain pass pathway to creche and the goblin vs grove dilemma autoresolves
C) You side with the goblins
All the tieflings and children are scripted to die. Either right outside the grove as in A, on the road to baldurs gate as in B or in the grove cave hideout in C.
The only way to save any of the tieflings is to kill the goblin leaders, one way or another.
