Abandoned Cistern Tablets

I am on my 2nd full playthrough and I still haven't found what these things are for. Are they for a quest or are they just Easter eggs?

They are found at roughly X:-261 Y:912.
They are:
- A Pair of Wings
- A Mailed Fist
- A Turnip
- A Warhammer

Any ideas?
