Random disapproval, is it a bug?

I have been playing on another friends game, but I am controlling Shadowheart, randomly prompts will go across my screen "Shadowheart Disapproves" Even when I am just running around on the world, no dialogue happening, its really aggravating and makes me just wanna smite her to oblivion... Its only Shadowheart that does this, no one else does it, but it occurs randomly, never in dialogues, only when I run around.
