... probably her mom does not exist. Pretty sure she's Orin. Orin almost always uses red hair for her fake selves.
i also was shure that yenna is Orin, until i got a scene at my second run, where lae'zel put a knife at Yennas throat and said that she saw Orin sneak into the camp and turnned into her.
My GF, who didnt know about Orins infiltration in my first campain, choosed to save Yenna and Lae'zel turned into Orin.
Different to my first playtrough, where Yenna disappeared after Halsin was abducted, she remains now in the Camp. Who Knows, it may vary from game to game, which Character is the Infiltrator
Edit:
I just refused Yennas Request to stay at the camp in an other Run, and she threatened me. Notvery childlike and in this context very suspicious. :-D
but unlike all the NPCs in the city, that turn into Orin, yenna hasnt abilitys like "Can not transformed" when you examine her... that might be plot armor, who knows^^
a randm stranger runs up to you, villain in disguise. almost cute.
Additionally all the Orin disguises kinda move and talk a little like Orin even before the reveals, Yenna doesn't get like that until the reveal scene.
