Minthara romance bugged?

As soon as I went into act 3, she accuses me of cheating. I did not in fact she's the only character in the game Ive romanced. Also there were no romance scene after she told me we would share the night. Im not sure if there was even supposed to be something there but it felt cut short

That sounds bugged. I haven't tried romancing her lately and I'm not into act 3 on my current play through but that definitely doesn't sound right.

Very likely bugged in your game. I just picked her up in act 3 and that didn't happen to me, although I did hook up with her after killing everyone at the Grove then hooked up with Lae'zel later on.

Her romance isn't just bugged, there's also loads of cut content. There's no scene after she tells you she'll visit you at night.

I'm having the same issue. Picked her for romance and during act 3 she accuses me of cheating. It seems to occur when her approval gets high enough.

I spoke to Wulbren in Act 3, said "yeah I'll blow them up" Get a Minthara approves and then when I talk top her she says "'You are bold to seek me out after sharing your affections with another" Never hit on anyone else this play through so an annoying bug. I'm hesitant to finish this playthrough if she's supposed to have a romantic ending.

Happened to me too right before talking to Orin disguised as the fist in Rivington. It didn't do any harm to the relationship. I was still able to have the dryad and drow twins acknowledge us together, and Shadowhearts we should get to know each other closer dialogue disappeared for me.
As far as I can tell there won't be another romantic scene after she says she'll sleep with you because it's not in the game. Would be great if Larian would fully flesh out Minthara to make it worth it.

yeah i'm getting the same thing on my Dark Urge Playthrough. Seems to only have happened since the new patch. I took a break on that playthrough to complete another and never had an issue. Picked this one up a few days ago and I'm constantly having to reload prior saves to avoid that conversation from happening. It has triggered many times after many events... seems you just have to keep trying to talk with her then save and when it happens just go back to the previous save... not great but it's the best I got for ya.

funny this happened to me after talking to Mizora in the Wyrm's Rock, and playing as Wyll it seemed she overreacted rather than bugged out

did you get lewd with mizora or try to make inapropiate comments? it might make your love disapprove. Especially if shagging Mizora, yes, its possible.

I had the same issue, but I ran a very professional test and as far as I can tell she's still flagged as my lover. The drow in the Caress referred to "my partner" and Minthara spoke up, so that has to mean something.

I think this is something you can just ignore.

I had it but it's more likely a false flag in the code, shouldn't be of any consequences later.

I did a little debugging with a couple saves I had around the time it happened to me :
The line "You are bold to seek me out after sharing affection with another" appears to trigger only after I talk to her and tell her about my Dark Urge true nature.

So it may be indeed linked to a too high level of approval (because she seemed to know and like that mentionned true nature).

In the end I didn't get any romance scene with her because after the grove I went with Lae'zel, and when she finally said again that she'd come visit me tonight, nothing happened with her, but I don't know if it is related because that same night there were a couple others cutscenes.

I have had the same issue, playing as Durge, I did have a brief romance with Shadowheart in act 2,but I ended it completely before doing anything with Minthara.

And the game has, at two separate points, had Minthara say this to me in act 3. First time it happened was right after I finished Shadowheart's questline, I reloaded and it didn't seem to happen again, and the second time it happened was when I did the love test with Minthara; despite only being in a relationship with her, and answering all the questions correctly, the dryad said our bond was "fake" because my "heart belonged to another" and then afterward Minthara said it to me again... So, unless I'm missing something, I think Minthara's romance might be really bugged?
