If you want to have a BG3 game going that has Mods while maintaining the integrity of your MP game, then I suggest creating a second User account on your computer and using that to play a Modded game.
Note that just making a new Campaign will NOT do it as the Modding file is global to the computer system User account.
Good Luck
The only thing should have to watch out for is if nay of those mods try to place files in you game folder (BG3\data\public). If they do they will effect both games and you will have to avoid that mod. Most mods do not unless manually installed.
