Didn't save Maryina in Ch.1
So, is it possible to do the quest in Ch.3 with the folks being tracked by the Hag? Thanks!

Nope. If you don't get her in chapter 1, assuming you didn't kill her, you cannot recruit her. Used to be a bug where you could get her in the tower later in chapter 2 but i THINK that's been patched out.

I killed the Hag, didn't respond to her offer of surrender. So I don't see any way to help the folks in Ch.3. Plus, I didn't memorize any "Remove Curse" spells, and don't remember where I sold them.

So, since I killed the Hag, and was unable to save Maryina in Ch.1, why is this quest even available in Ch.3 ?

Well, you don't need Mayrina to do the Act 3 quest. It's not focused on her.

The Hag warned you that it was useless to kill her, she would still be reborn. Which is what happened in act 3.

So, I just need to find a "Remove Curse" spell, memorize it, and cast it on the voodoo doll... right?

If you don't save Mayrina (or don't revive her husband), then her role in C3 is replaced by a helmite cleric. The quest proceeds normally otherwise.
