Lae'zel q (Act 3 spoilers)

Orin has just kidnapped Lae'zel and I didn't agree to kill Gortash thinking I will try to rescue her some other way. However, there's zero reference to her being kidnapped in the quest log, in fact the 'Githyanki warrior' entry is gone altogether :o

Is she gone for good? :'( Is there no way to find and rescue her beyond this point?

Normally you should find her at the final confrontation with Orin and potentially save.

You can rescue her by finding Orin at their base. You do need to pass some persuasion/bluff/intimidate checks or find out some psychological weaknesses to not lose them there though.
Also, Orin might execute the captive if you take too many long rests.
