Mizora/Gortash Bug

I'm stuck with her telling me to go talk to Gortash and complete the ceremony, even though I already have. It's really frustrating because I basically have to throw Wyll's plot line in the garbage now. I've tried almost all the fixes I could find but none have worked. Also it seems like a ton of people are having the same issue.

Have the same, tried all ways to get round it, but it's messed up any progression with Wyll, and seems to have a knock-on effect with his father at the Iron Throne.
