Astarion and Others Approvals Missing (Latest Patch)

I’ve noticed that several approvals in Act 1 are not triggering as expected. Let me know if this has been seen or if some of these thing a are not, in fact, bugs, especially regarding items 1 and 2.

1. After biting you, Astarion no longer approves when you say, “I trust him.”
2. Wyll no longer disapproves if you say
“I trust him” in regards to Astarion biting you.
3. Gale’s approval for persuading Rolan to stay in the tiefling camp is intermittent. Sometimes it triggers. Sometimes it does not.
4. When Gale is not in your party, he still approves of persuading Aradin and Zevlor to calm down. In this situation, the text for his approval appears but not his picture.
5. Intermittent issues with Karlach and Shadowheart approval for deceiving Topaz. Sometimes it triggers. Sometimes it does not.
6. Although Astarion approves of refusing to help Zevlor/refugees, his approval is conditional. If you refuse to help Zevlor/refugees immediately after his argument with Aradin (leaving Zevlor standing on the walkway between the gate and grove interior), Astarion approves. HOWEVER, if the player goes to camp BEFORE talking to Zevlor, he will relocate to The Hollow within the Druid’s grove. Finding Zevlor in The Hollow and going through the exact same dialogue (i.e., refusing help the refugees) will not earn Astarion’s approval. Although, Astarion will still have the same cinematic response despite not increasing approval.

Pretty sure I specifically remember Astarion getting approval from teaming up with Karlach, specifically after saying "You want to just team up with some blood-stained killer? Because I'm fine with that", but it's no longer working
