Not using the illithid powers
I am currently resisting my dreamtalker and not using any illithid power, also i have like 10 little eyemonsters i'm not using.

Please No-spoil but am I doing big mistake as in you are supposed to use them all the way ? or the game has a path with no illithid power ?

It make no difference storywise, as far as I know if that is what you are asking?

No repercussions whatsoever.

I'm doing this playthrough in a "IM NOT A MONSTER USING MONSTER POWERS" and the game doesnt give a ♥♥♥♥ ?
So you ARE supposed to use them

Some characters will comment on it and you may find out some things you otherwise wouldn't have, but the story is the same.

You are supposed to roleplay. If your character wouldn't use them, then don't. If they would, then do.

there are contextual differences but there arent any severe repercussions

Not using the tadpoles gives you advantage on a DC 15 wisdom check in a dialogue, but that's it.

You won't miss any important content by not partaking in the tadpole buffet (except obviously the powers and some optional aesthetic changes to your character in the future).

I wouldn't call them optional, lmao.

You can refuse the half-illithid transformation by succeeding the above mentioned wisdom check, I am sure some race/class combinations also have some special ways of refusing it too, so it's optional.

I haven't used any tadpoles. I haven't really noticed any difference. My MC doesn't like tadpoles. She takes an even dimmer view of mindflayers in general. She doesn't like them at all. I did glance at a vid detailing what these tadpoles give you. If I found my self struggling I might be tempted a bit however the tadpoles powers don't seem to be all that game changing. But I haven't been struggling so I'm sticking to my role play.

Oh. So if you haven't used any at that point? I don't remember any skill check. I'm a serial reloader for stuff like that xD

Just say the solid no (4th option) and no wisdom check is triggered. Sometimes a solid answer is all you need.

technically, you do start and continue playing the game with at least 1 tadpole in your brain already - so as far as how the illithid transformation works, the process has begun and you are already a monster (in the making).
So your RP is more in the direction of "I DON'T WANT TO BE A MONSTER BUT I AM ALREADY CHANGING INTO ONE SO I AM GOING TO DO MORE GOOD THAN BAD BEFORE THE TRANSFORMATION IS COMPLETE"
