Report a translation problem
That being said, I have had audio cards have exactly this issue. So I switched to the internal sound via USB and have never had a problem since.
The game does use a ton of CPU and GPU cycles, so that may be causing an issue.
Well, if you say so. All I can report is that I don't hear any distortion, feedback, or static at all.
If you have installed the game on all three of these systems, and you hear the same sound issue, you might ask what all three setups have in common. Either from a hardware/software side or from the game settings side.
Something is 'off' or the million or more players would be burning down the house over this problem as audio is such a huge part of the game.
